What if I want to upgrade my dedicated or vps server?

What operating systems are supported?

We currently support CentOS 5 and 6; by default servers are auto-provisioned with CentOS 6 x86_64 unless otherwise requested.

What control panels are supported?

We currently support cPanel; however, if you wish to run other control panels feel free to install them at your own risk.

Will you install third party software on my VPS or dedicated server?

We do provide installation services for some software, although a fee may apply.  Please submit a ticket to support@stabiliservers.com

Where do I go to login to my cPanel control panel?

This information will be sent to you in your welcome email.
WHM: http://your_server_ip:2086 or http://your_server_ip/whm
cPanel: http://your_server_ip:2082 or http://your_server_ip/cpanel

Will you transfer my web site to a server that I purchase from you?

Please open a ticket with support with more information on what type of transfer you need:  support@stabiliservers.com

How do I cancel my account?

Please submit a ticket to sales@stabiliservers.com

How do I get more IP addresses?

If ordering a new server you may choose additional IPs from the order form.  For existing customers please submit a ticket to sales.

Where can I submit a reboot request for my dedicated server?

Please submit a ticket to support@stabiliservers.com

How can I reboot my Xen VPS server?

This can be done from you client area under “Services”, and then select your VPS server: Client Login.
