R1Soft Continuous Data Protection software provides block level incremental backups at high frequencies that minimizes resource footprint. R1Soft CDP constantly monitors your hard disks for changes then backs up only what has been changed; eliminating the need for lengthy and resource intensive file checks. This exceptional backup solution is controlled from a web based interface that provides the ability to manage backups, restore and download individual files, or even perform full bare metal restorations using any of the available incremental backups.

Continuous Data Protection

Backup server data at the block level bypassing the file system and reading data directly from the disk or volume. Block-level backup provides advantages over traditional file backup technologies including the speed of completing a backup operation, a drastic reduction in disk and network I/O, the ability to perform backups as often as every 15 minutes and no performance penalty for servers having a large number of files.
    Block-Level Backups

    Block-level backups bypass the file system and read the data directly from the Disk or Volume. This means that you are able to run fast, performance-friendly backups regardless of the number of files you’re trying to backup. Block-level backups also always have built-in support for open file backup and snapshot features, allowing you to get the most out of your storage space and resources.

      Disk Safe Verification

      Monitors your data to make sure it’s safe from corruption. Disk Safe Verification can be scheduled to run periodically or on demand detecting and alerting you in the event of corruption. This reduces the need for test restores, and gives you confidence in the integrity and restore-ability of your data.

        Recover large file systems or entire servers fast with Bare-Metal Restore. Granular file restore. Restore even while a backup job is running.

          Data Retention Policies

          Define a replication goal (for example, every 15 minutes) and how many recovery points to retain. Old recovery points are automatically merged and their storage is recycled.

            Multi-Platform Support

            Server Backup Manager supports physical and virtual servers running Microsoft Windows and the majority variants of Linux, including custom kernels. Popular virtualization platforms including VMware ESX/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer, Parallels Virtuozzo and Parallels Cloud Server are supported, offering hosting and service providers broad coverage. Backup support for MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange are also included in the core product.

              AES-256 Encryption

              AES-256 Disk Safe Encryption can be enabled at the time of creation of Disk Safes for backup data. This aids in the protection of data stored in the backup server, and in protection of the data over the network.

                Self-Service MySQL Restore

                cPanel users currently have the ability to restore files and directories as a self-service feature from their Control Panel however when their MySQL database needed to be restored it required that the Hosting Provider get involved to carry out the restoration. This normally delayed the cPanel user from accessing their data and created an unnecessary expense for the Hosting Provider. Now with version 5.6, cPanel users are back in control and able to restore their MySQL database as a self-service whenever the need arises.

                  Site-to-Site Replication

                  This new, highly-anticipated feature provides hosting providers with a simple means of replicating backup data across Server Backup Manager (SBM) servers regardless of their geographic location. Replicated site data along with the SBM System Backup can be used to restore an entire SBM server, including its archived data, server configuration, and multi-tenant accounts. After the initial replica is created, R1Soft CDP continuously monitors changes to your data and saves only those bits of information that have changed.                     cPanel integration

                    R1Soft CDP integrates with cPanel to provide easy restores from the cPanel user interface for all of your web sites, and customers web sites. It allows the user to click on the R1Soft icon from their cPanel interface, then they are prompted to log into the R1Soft Console with their cPanel username and password, these passwords are authenticated against the cPanel server so there is no need to maintain separate passwords or try and keep them in sync.

                    MySQL integration

                    R1Soft CDP fully integrates with MySQL, the R1Soft CDP MySQL plugin allows you to take fully backup MySQL databases even while they are in use. It also allows for full restore of all MySQL databases.

                    Microsoft Exchange integration

                    R1Soft CDP has a Microsoft Exchange Plugin that allows for full backup of Microsoft Exchange even while it's in use, restores do require some manual work due to Microsoft not natively supporting individual mailbox restore.

                    Microsoft SQL integration

                    R1Soft CDP has an SQL plugin that fully integrates with Microsoft SQL server both Express and Enterprise, allowing you to backup your SQL Databases even while they are in use.
